FAQ's
I’m a complete beginner—will I be okay?
Absolutely. Most clients start with little or no gym experience. We teach you proper technique, scale everything to your level, and progress week by week so you feel confident fast.
I’ve got injuries or niggles—can I still train?
Yes—your coach will modify movements around injuries and liaise with your physio/GP if needed. We start with what you can manage and only load what’s safe and pain-free.
What happens in the free strategy session?
About 60 minutes: Chat about goals and history → medical screen → mini workout to find your starting point → a clear plan for your first 4–12 weeks (training + nutrition).
How long are sessions and how often should I train?
Sessions run 30 minutes. Most clients train 2–3× per week for best results; we’ll match frequency to your goals, schedule, and budget.
Where do we train? Is there parking?
At WaterMarc, 1 Flintoff St, Greensborough. There’s ample parking nearby and easy access. We’ll confirm exact meeting spot after you book.
Do I need a WaterMarc membership?
For PT sessions, you don’t need a membership / casual entry is covered. If you want extra solo gym time, a membership can help.
Do you provide nutrition support?
Yes. You’ll get a simple, sustainable plan (protein targets, meal structure, and habits) tailored to your preferences—no fad diets, no “off-limits” lists. All coaches are also nutrition qualified.
What results can I expect, and how fast?
With consistent training and nutrition, many clients notice changes in 2–4 weeks and lose ~[3–6 kg] in 12 weeks. Results vary by starting point, goals, and adherence—we’ll track measurements to keep you on course.
What are the prices? Do you lock me into contracts?
Pricing starts from $55/session with package options. No long-term lock-ins—just a clear plan and flexible scheduling.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens—please give at least 12 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else. Late cancellations/no-shows may forfeit the session per policy.
